Little Athletics PB's to help Bushfire Appeal

Coles Little Athletics Australia are rallying to raise funds for the bushfire relief effort with an initiative with Timing solutions to provide some much needed relief and support to communities impacted by the bushfires. The funds will be used to provide direct assistance to people and communities damaged by bushfires in Australia.

There has been so much devastation from the Australian bushfires with over 11 million acres of land scorched and tens of thousands forced from their homes.

Martin Stillman Coles LAA CEO stated “In addition to all the tremendous fundraising initiatives already implemented by our Member Associations and the centres Coles Little Athletics Australia want to make a meaningful contribution to those families affected by the fires earlier this year. This is the first of a number of initiatives we are looking at to assist families and communities”

This weekend 6^th – 8^th March Coles Little Athletics Australia are holding a Bushfire Appeal Round where we will donate 50cents from every PB to the Bushfire Appeal. Timing Solutions will also contribute $5000 to the Little Athletics Bushfire appeal.

On some weekends there can be up to 80,000 PB's across the country. Get on board and Be Your Best this weekend and hopefully we can get as many PB’s as possible!
