What is Little Athletics?

Little Athletics is a fun athletics program for 5 to 15 year old's (some States offer age groups outside this range).  

  • Every week you will learn different track and field events.  
  • Walk. 
  • Run. 
  • Wheel.
  • Jump (such as long jump, high jump, triple jump). 
  • Throw (such as shot put, discus, javelin). 
  • You participate with other kids your age. 
  • All equipment is provided – just bring yourself, shoes, hat and a water bottle. 
  • We give plenty of encouragement to be your best. 
  • We are all about fun, fitness and family! 

Why do Little Athletics? 

Here just some of the reasons why little athletes love Little Athletics:

  • The whole family can get involved. 
  • Focus on being your best not just competition.
  • There are a wide range of events from walk, wheel, run, jump and throw.
