A personal statement about what Little Athletics meant to Rishelle and how it has impacted on her life-
"I honestly believe that my time in the sport of athletics helped me gain high level of discipline, structure and a drive attitude to never give up on what I believe in, and knowing that I can achieve whatever I desire and all I must do is believe in myself!
Without athletics setting the early foundations, I certainly do no think I would be the person I am today. I have met so many people from all over the world, from all walks of life that have opened what is truly possible and what is achievable.
I always say to others that you must surround yourself with the people that see greatness within you, when you dont see it in yourself".
